Shipping policy

UK Mainland:

Artwork – Parcelforce:
All Framed Artwork orders are tracked on a 24 or 48 hour express service.

All other Items – Royal Mail: Our rolled prints and mounted prints are sent with Royal Mail on a 1st or 2nd Class Signed Service.

UK Non-Mainland Artwork:

Artwork – Parcelforce:
For all non UK mainland customers purchasing Artwork, these aim to be delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

All other Items – Royal Mail: Our products are sent with Royal Mail and should arrive in 2 to 3 working days with some outer regions taking a little longer.

International:

Parcelforce: Hill Road Interiors offer some of the lowest International shipment rates available excluding PO Box addresses. We can’t offer every product Internationally but this will be identified at checkout.
Carriage will be calculated at the checkout prior to payment based on your delivery address provided.
Please ensure you provide an email address and phone number with international dialling code in the event your delivery courier has any difficulty locating your address. Unfortunately we can not ship framed wall art and canvases Internationally.
