Returns Policy
As all our artwork and cushions are made to order and are not stock items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
In the event your order is received damaged we are extremely sorry and would like to rectify this as quickly as possible for you. Please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the product/ packaging. We can then contact the courier regarding any issues and ensure a replacement can be issued.

Your information will only be used for the requirements of fulfilling your order with us at Hill Road Interiors.
Any personal information such as your name, address, email, or contact number will be passed to the courier that is handling your parcel and will not be given permission to use your data for any other reason.
You can be certain we will not send any marketing emails without your permission. If you would like to remove yourself from a mailing list, we will process this without delay.
Payment Details will not be held on file and cannot be seen by any members of staff. All payment transactions are processed with secure providers such as PayPal and Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
